Once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, we begin work.

It depends on the size and complexity:

• Demo / Basic — a few days to about a week
• Standard / Premium — one to three weeks
• Business / Enterprise — three weeks to several months

Timelines assume you provide content and feedback promptly. Delays in receiving your content or approvals extend the schedule.

Our tiers start at $49.99 for a Demo and range up to $15,000+ for Enterprise builds. Each tier covers a general scope, and the final price is set in your written quote based on what your project actually needs.

Published prices are starting points, not fixed caps — you pay for the work your project requires.

The Demo is a low-cost way to see our work before committing to a full build. You get a single-page preview so you can see the design direction and decide whether to move forward.

It's a real deliverable, not a free consultation — and it keeps the process efficient for both of us.

Most projects use a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on delivery before the site goes live. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments, which will be laid out in your quote.

The deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your project slot and covers initial work.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. We never see or store your card details — the processor handles that directly.

For larger projects, we can structure payments across milestones. Mention this when you request your quote and we'll work it into the terms.

To build your site we'll need:

• Your content — text, images, logos, and branding
• Timely feedback on designs and drafts
• Confirmation that you own or have permission to use everything you provide

If you don't have content ready, we can use placeholder material and you can swap it in before launch.

Yes. When you create an account you get access to a project dashboard where you can track progress, view status updates, and see your site taking shape as it's built.

Each project includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. A "round" means one consolidated set of feedback given at a single time.

Work beyond that — new pages, added features, or redesigns after approval — is quoted separately at our hourly rate.

That's fine — we'll quote the additional work separately and won't begin until you approve it in writing. This keeps the original project on track and the costs transparent.

You do — once your final payment clears. Until then, we retain ownership of the work we've produced.

You keep full rights to any content you provided. We retain rights to our own underlying tools and libraries, and grant you a license to use them as part of your site.

Yes. Once the site is paid for and delivered, it's yours to host wherever you like. Hosting and domain registration are separate from our development services and are billed by whichever provider you choose.

We'd like to, and our terms allow it unless you tell us otherwise. If your project is confidential, just let us know in writing and we won't feature it.

We fix defects in our own work at no charge if you report them within 30 days of launch. After that, or for issues caused by third-party changes or edits made by others, we can help at our hourly rate.

Deposits are non-refundable, since they reserve your slot and cover initial work. Because custom websites are built specifically for you and can't be resold, completed and delivered work is also non-refundable.

If you cancel partway through, you're billed for work completed beyond the deposit — and if you've paid more than the work completed, the difference is refunded. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We build sites to a professional standard with sound technical foundations, but no one can guarantee search rankings, traffic, or sales results.

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Ongoing support and updates can be arranged at our hourly rate or as a monthly arrangement. Mention it when you request your quote.

We collect only what we need to provide our services, we don't sell your information, and passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. You must be 18 or older to create an account, place an order, or engage us for services. This applies even with parental permission.
